1、 Purpose:
The high voltage saturation test chamber adopts computer control and is widely used for mechanical performance testing of non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastic, wire and cable, textile, waterproof materials, non-woven fabrics, as well as metal wires, metal foils, metal plates and metal rods. It is also suitable for various finished product tensile, compression, peeling, shear, tear, bending (folding) tests with special fixtures. Multiple materials can be printed, and graphical output comparisons can be made based on different materials, with high control accuracy and easy operation; Adopting modular design, various accessory varieties are complete, and the matching is flexible.
2、 Testing requirements:
Apply a pressure of 10kgf and use a spherical indenter with a diameter of Φ 20mm (made of stainless steel) to test 10 evenly distributed points within the touch screen window area at a speed of 10mm/min. Hold each point for 10 seconds, once, and the edge of the indenter should be 10mm from the edge of the window.
Test mode:
1. Mode 1: The hollow area of the fixture is designed with a single-sided outward expansion of 0.3-0.4mm on the shape of the sensor, and the interior of the fixture is suspended
2. Mode 2: The hollow area of the fixture is designed with a unilateral expansion of 0.3-0.4mm from the LCM outer shape area. If there are no special regulations in the Spec, the fixture is suspended internally and tested using Mode 1
3. Test fixture material: Same as the steel ball drop fixture.
3、 Testing method:
1. Place the touch screen cover lens face up and hang it in the air, and select the testing mode according to the regulations (see section 4.2-2 for mode selection)
2. Use a pressure of 10kgf and a spherical indenter (made of stainless steel) with a diameter of Φ 20mm to squeeze the touch screen window. 3. There are a total of 10 test points, of which 9 are shown in Figure 4.2-1 and analyzed as a nine grid state. The edge test points are 10mm away from the edge of the window.
4. Point 10 is the position of the earpiece, and the testing position is the position of the center symmetry line. The outer edge of the testing head is tangent to the earpiece position (see Figure 4.2-2 for details). After the earpiece position fixture is not suspended, the appearance, mechanical function, and electrical function of the touch screen and LCD need to be checked.

Adopting servo drive to better ensure accuracy
1) Accuracy: Closed loop control of position, speed, and torque has been achieved; Overcoming the problem of stepping motor out of step; 2) Speed: Good high-speed performance, generally rated speed can reach 2000-3000 revolutions per minute;
3) Adaptability: Strong overload resistance, able to withstand loads up to three times the rated torque, especially suitable for situations with instantaneous load fluctuations and fast starting requirements;
4) Stability: Running smoothly at low speeds, there will be no stepping phenomenon similar to that of a stepper motor during low-speed operation. Suitable for occasions with high-speed response requirements;
5) Timeliness: The dynamic response time of motor acceleration and deceleration is short, usually within a few tens of milliseconds;
6) Comfort: significantly reduced heat and noise.
Adopting Taiwan ZPT ball screw for better transmission accuracy
1) The transmission efficiency of ball screw pairs is as high as 90% to 98%, which is 2 to 4 times that of sliding screw pairs, and can efficiently convert torque into thrust. The transmission is sensitive, stable, and has low friction resistance, good sensitivity, no vibration during startup, and no crawling at low speeds. It can control micro feed in μ level.
2) During the transmission process of the ball screw pair with high positioning accuracy, the temperature rise is small, the axial clearance and primary elastic deformation can be eliminated by pre tightening, and the screw can be pre stretched to compensate for thermal elongation, thus achieving high positioning accuracy and repeatability. 3) Good precision retention, accurate raceway shape, minimal rolling friction and wear, with good precision retention, reliability, and service life.
4) The high transmission stiffness ball screw pair has eccentric double curved surfaces on both the inner and outer raceways, allowing for flexible transmission even when the clearance between the raceways is extremely small.

Adopting the latest control board for better sampling rate
1. The main controller adopts the most advanced 32-bit ARM processor of the 21st century, with processing speed reaching the level of a Pentium class general-purpose computer. Compared with traditional 8-bit microcontroller measurement and control systems, the overall performance is greatly improved, with faster computation speed and higher control accuracy.
2. The data acquisition core device adopts the latest ultra high precision 24 bit AD from the United States, with a sampling rate of up to 2000 times per second, which can capture the instantaneous changes in force, and has a resolution of up to 500000 divisions throughout the entire process. And the original 6-point calibration technology is adopted to further improve accuracy, with force measurement accuracy better than the national 0.5 level (highest level) standard.
3. The displacement encoder adopts a 4-fold counting technology, which increases the displacement resolution by 4 times, up to a maximum of 0.0005mm.
4. There are two output control methods, pulse and voltage, which can control any servo motor, variable frequency motor or DC motor with pulse or voltage control interface to achieve smooth and stepless speed regulation. In addition, there are switch signal outputs such as rise, fall and stop that can be used to directly drive external relays or solenoid valves, and can be used to control DC motors or pneumatic, hydraulic and other power devices.
5. Advanced speed, displacement, and force closed-loop technology can achieve precise control of any waveform.
6. Adopting professional processing techniques to better ensure quality
1) Accurate processing technology ensures the coordination between the crossbeam, bearings, and lead screws, reduces errors caused by processing, and further ensures accuracy
2) The body is treated with baking paint, and the fixtures used are processed through a formal heat treatment process, which is durable and has an authentic appearance
3) The transmission mechanism inside the bottom box of the whole machine is synchronous belt transmission. Compared with friction type belt transmission, there is no relative sliding between the pulley and the transmission belt of synchronous belt transmission, which can ensure strict transmission ratio. However, synchronous belt transmission requires high center distance and dimensional stability.
4) Synchronous belt drive has the advantages of belt drive, chain drive, and gear drive. Synchronous belt transmission ensures accurate transmission ratio as there is no relative sliding between the belt and pulley, as the belt and pulley transmit motion and power through meshing
