High voltage scanner

TOS9220/TOS9221 is a unit used to distribute the test voltage supplied by TOS9200/9201 to multiple test points. The output can be extended to 4 channels through 1 high-voltage scanner, and each channel can be set to any potential, such as HIGH.LOW-OPEN. AC/DC withstand voltage test or insulation resistance test can be conducted at any point of the 4 test points. For TOS9201 or TOS9200, the high-voltage scanner can be expanded to a maximum of 4 units, enabling it to have up to 16 channels.
