1、 Application scope:
The Nernst 1231HGP high-pressure zirconia probe is suitable for high-pressure steam boilers, nuclear steam boilers, and nuclear power boilers. Positive pressure variable pressure 0~* air pressure, negative pressure variable range -1~0 atmospheres, can be fed back to the instrument by the pressure sensor signal on the zirconia sensor according to pressure changes, and can accurately measure the oxygen content in the measured gas according to different pressures, and display the oxygen content value correctly.
2、 Technical features:
1. Long service life and high oxygen measurement accuracy:
The zirconia probe (high-pressure zirconia probe) adopts the welding and fastening composite technology of zirconia and steel jade ceramics. The sensor has strong thermal shock resistance and a general service life of 3 to 5 years. The use of Nernst zirconia sensors generally does not require calibration with standard air (can be calibrated with ambient air). The sensor has high oxygen measurement accuracy, fast response speed, no signal drift, and strong corrosion resistance during use.
2. Scope of sensor application:
The 1231HGP high-pressure zirconia sensor is suitable for measuring oxygen in various boiler flues with flue gas temperatures ranging from 0 to 900 ℃. The sensor comes with a heater and the outer protective tube material is 316L.
3. Low price, no need for maintenance:
Due to the design of Nernst zirconia sensor, it has low investment cost, no need for maintenance by users, and a service life of 3-5 years (depending on the specific usage environment). Generally, a new sensor is considered after 5-6 years.
4. Rapid response for oxygen measurement:
The Nernst zirconia device has an actual reaction time of less than 100 milliseconds, and the sensor design has a reaction time of 1-4 seconds for oxygen, depending on the specific measurement method and the condition of the filter used.
5. Easy installation:
The sensor is installed in a spiral shape. Users only need to drill a hole and install a fixed nut or flange at the desired installation location, screw the sensor in, and then connect it to the wall mounted oxygen analyzer with a cable to work. When the length of the sensor exceeds 1 meter, it is necessary to install a fixed device inside the sensor. It is recommended to have a tilt angle of 15-20 degrees during installation.
6. Corrosion resistance:

7. Convenient sensor calibration:
If necessary, users can directly use standard gas to detect the sensor, or use the timed automatic control function of Nernst's oxygen analyzer to detect the zirconia sensor in use in real time.

4、 Specification and technical parameters of zirconia probe (high-pressure zirconia probe):
1. Model: 1231 HGP high-pressure zirconia sensor.
2. Size: Can be inserted with a total length of 150mm, 250mm, 350mm, 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm.
3. Shell material: 316L stainless steel.
4. Application flue gas temperature: below 900 ℃.
5. Temperature control: The sensor comes with a heater to maintain a constant temperature of the zirconium head.
6. Thermocouple: K-type.
7. Heating time: It takes about 15-30 minutes to reach the rated temperature of 700 ℃. (Related to flue gas temperature)
8. Installation and connection: The sensor comes with a 1.5 "BSP or NPT thread. The user shall process the furnace wall matching flange according to the attached diagram in the user manual.
9. Reference gas: The internal air pump of the instrument supplies about 50 ml/min. Use instrument gas and supply it through the pressure reducing valve and float flowmeter provided by the user. The manufacturer provides PVC connecting pipes and sensor end connectors from the float flowmeter to the sensor along with the transmitter.
10. Gas connection pipe: PVC pipe with an outer diameter of 1/4 "(6.4mm) and an inner diameter of 4 (mm).
11. Verification gas connection: The sensor has an air inlet that can be connected to the verification gas. When not being verified, it is sealed by a plug. When calibrating, the flow rate should be controlled at around 1000 ml/min. The manufacturer provides 1/8 "NPT threaded pipe fittings that can be connected to PVC pipes.
12. Zirconium battery life: can operate continuously for 4-6 years. This depends on the composition and temperature of the flue gas. Intermittent operation will affect the service life, and the heater should be kept running continuously.
13. Response time: less than 4 seconds.
14. Filter: Stainless steel movable type. The outer diameter of the filter is ¢ 42 (mm).
15. Outer diameter of sensor protection tube: ¢ 32 (mm).
16. Sensor junction box temperature: < 130 ℃
17. Sensor electrical connection: direct plug socket type or aviation plug socket.
18. Weight: 0.6Kg plus 0.33Kg per 100mm length.
19. Calibration: After the initial installation of the system is stable, it needs to be verified once.
