Performance characteristics

1. The main body is a rectangular double-layer structure. The inner layer is made of high-quality 06Cr19NilO stainless steel, and the outer layer is made of high-quality pressure vessel steel plate 0235-B. It is welded using automatic welding technology, and the inner layer is treated with special mechanical and chemical surface treatment.

2. Intelligent microcontroller control. Safe and reliable fully automatic program operation controls pressure, temperature, and time, and the LED digital display screen displays the sterilization process dialog box throughout the process. The sterilization process is automatically controlled without supervision and is easy to use.

3. There is a sterilization temperature range of 105-129 ℃ to choose from, and the sterilization program can be set arbitrarily to disinfect and sterilize different types of items.

4. Enter the drying program, which automatically counts down. After the end, the heating power will be automatically cut off and an alarm will sound to indicate the end of the program work.

5. Equipped with automatic protection devices for overheating and overpressure.

6. Safety interlock device: When the door is not tightly closed, steam cannot enter the inner main body and an alarm will be triggered. When the pressure inside the sterilization room reaches 0.027 MPa, the door is interlocked and cannot be opened.

7. Overpressure protection: When the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve automatically releases pressure protection.

8. The low water level protection device cannot heat up when the water level reaches the high water level. When there is a shortage of water at the low water level, it will automatically shut down for protection and sound an alarm.

9. Overcurrent protection: When the current is overloaded, the power circuit breaker will automatically cut off the power supply.

10. There are single and double door options, and the sealed door adopts a radial latch locking structure, equipped with a safety interlock device, and easy to operate. The sealing ring is made of high temperature resistant and elastic silicone rubber, which is durable and long-lasting.

11. According to user needs, the device can choose to have a built-in steam generator.
