1、 Product Introduction

2、 The working principle is as follows

Hydrogen peroxide tuning fork densitometerThe working principle of the fork is designed based on the principle of component vibration, which is similar to a two toothed tuning fork. The fork body vibrates due to a piezoelectric crystal located at the root of the tooth, and the frequency of the vibration is detected by another piezoelectric crystal. Through phase shifting and amplification circuits, the fork body is stabilized at its natural resonant frequency. When the medium flows through the fork, the change in the mass of the medium causes a change in the resonant frequency.

The density and vibration frequency of the medium follow the following mathematical formula:

D=K0+K1T+K2T2

In the formula: D=density of the measured medium

T=natural frequency of fork body

T2=frequency of the measured medium flowing through the fork

K0, K1, K2=constants

According to this formula, the accurate medium density value can be calculated through an electronic processing unit.

6、 Installation precautions for tuning fork densitometer

(1) Avoid contact with corrosive or overheated media

(2) Handle with care to prevent damage to the tuning fork densitometer

(3) Prohibit stress testing beyond the testing pressure

(4) Prohibition of measuring highly corrosive liquid media

(5) The tested medium is not allowed to freeze, otherwise it will damage the sensing components and cause damage to the tuning fork densitometer

(6) Do not operate the densitometer above rated pressure

(7) The instrument is suitable for all explosion-proof occasions

(8) It is strictly prohibited to weld pipes during the installation of the tuning fork densitometer

(9) It is necessary to prevent slag from depositing in the tank

(10) The tuning fork densitometer should be installed as much as possible in places with small temperature gradients and temperature changes, without impact and vibration.
