ICM-100/100BDIndustrial inspection microscopes are suitable for microscopic observation of the microstructure and geometric morphology of workpiece surfaces. By adopting an excellent infinite optical system and modular functional design concept, the system can be easily upgraded to achieve polarization observation, dark field observation, and other functions. The guide column lifting device can quickly adjust the distance between the worktable and the objective lens, making it suitable for detecting workpieces of different thicknesses. The mechanical mobile loading platform can effectively locate the observation area of the workpiece. The focusing mechanism adopts cylindrical roller guided transmission, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering of the mechanism. The product is suitable for testing precision parts, integrated circuits, packaging materials, and other products.
