IP9 test boxCharacteristics of Box Structure

The box is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant shape, and adopts non reactive handles for easy operation.

The inner liner of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer liner of the box is made of A3 steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and uses tempered glass embedded in the heating body to observe the condition inside the box clearly at any time.

The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels.

There is a 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.

Controller

The temperature control adopts a fully imported touch button instrument, with simple operation and setting.

After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a locking function to prevent human touch from changing the temperature value.

Equipped with P.I.D automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct temperature change conditions, making temperature control more accurate and stable.

The main components of the electrical control adopt imported "Schneider" and "Meilanzhilan" components to better control temperature.

Refrigeration system

The refrigeration unit adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.

American "Aigao" dry filter, Taiwan, China "Guanya" oil separator, Italian "Castrol" solenoid valve.

The refrigeration system adopts a unit or binary low-temperature circuit system design.

Adopting a multi wing air supply fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can make the temperature distribution in the testing area uniform.

The design of wind path circulation for air outlet and return ensures that the wind pressure and speed meet the testing standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature at the moment of opening the door.

Heating, cooling, and system independence can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and decrease failure rates.

Strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with GB10592-89 "Technical Conditions for High and Low Temperature Test Chambers", capable of conducting various high and low temperature environmental tests.
