GL OPTI CAM 1.0 is a high-performance optical camera system at an entry-level price. It is equipped with a high-resolution CMOS image sensor with V-Lambda correction filter, which can replicate human response to brightness and optimize the lens for precise brightness measurement. If you need brightness and color testing, you can combine other features with the GL SPECTIS 1.0 Touch luxmeter.
The imaging brightness meter can perform precise testing. Diffusion materials and secondary optical devices used in the development of LED lighting products can help designers and engineers control lighting performance. This means that manufacturers of LED based lights and lighting equipment need reliable brightness testing solutions to allow them to verify brightness uniformity and evaluate Z-high brightness levels when using diffusion materials, thereby avoiding glare issues.
During the research and development phase, it is necessary to validate all touch screen control panels, displays, backlit keyboards, and signage to control product performance and consistency. With the continuous expansion of the application of LED lighting products, the demand for on-site brightness measurement is also increasing. The purpose is to conduct lighting audits on new and refurbished LED equipment and maintain and control existing indoor and outdoor lighting equipment.
Real time brightness measurement
This high-resolution, high-sensitivity camera system is pre configured for real-time brightness measurement in laboratory, production, or field applications. Whenever you need fast and accurate brightness testing, you can use our imaging brightness camera for LED and other light sources for insertion and measurement. Each brightness camera is equipped with V (λ) optimized filters and individually calibrated.
Develop better products
When selecting components for a new product or choosing a new supplier, you can immediately verify the quality of these components. This will help you choose the right components and achieve better product performance. Directly using the brightness measurement camera system in the R&D department will improve quality control and save time and xxx. You can better control the R&D process and make on-site decisions regarding modifications and/or compliance.
Simplify production testing
LED module manufacturing requires a fast and reliable optical system for brightness quality control. This imaging brightness meter can be integrated into production lines and offline testers for LED modules, displays, and instrument panel testing, providing reliable and practical data for unqualified production monitoring systems.
system function
Plug and test
A pre configured and separately calibrated digital brightness camera system can immediately test the quality of lighting components and lighting equipment. Place this instrument on the tripod in front of the lighting system and measure the JD brightness. Use this instrument for lighting system quality control in laboratory, product testing, and on-site measurements.
Specialized V-lambda filter
Each camera is equipped with a specially selected A-class optical school positive filter, which can provide high brightness measurement corresponding to human eye sensitivity. Each filter has been optimized for each CMOS sensor.
Add spectrum and color
This new image brightness camera can be used in conjunction with our spectroscopic instruments (such as GL SPECTIS 1.0 touch) to extend quality control with colorimetric values (such as CCT, CRI, etc.). In addition, it will also provide an automatic filter mismatch correction program and support measurements for testing multi-color LED devices.
