Ovens generally have heating tubes and circulating fans. Ovens with circulating fans can be called hot air circulating ovens because regardless of the structure of the oven, whether the wind direction is horizontal or vertical, it is ultimately the hot air circulating inside. Therefore, they can be commonly referred to as hot air circulating ovens, such as electric blast ovens, double door high-temperature sterilization ovens, etc. However, in the general industry, the term "hot air circulation oven" mostly refers to the oven shown in the above figure. Other ovens have evolved from the oven shown in the above figure. For example, with the requirement for high-temperature sterilization, the fan has been changed to a standardized air-cooled ring fan, and the front and rear doors have been opened. The air duct has also been changed, becoming a double door high-temperature sterilization oven. There are several specifications for hot air circulation, including single door single bike, two door two bike, two door four bike, three door six bike, and four door eight bike.
