1. High thermal efficiency production
The combustion structure of the semi gasification method, with negative pressure combustion for furnace air distribution, reasonable air distribution ratio, high thermal efficiency, and no visible smoke and dust emissions, meets the requirements of national emission standards.
2. External water dust removal waste heat recovery
Equipped with a dedicated external water dust collector and waste heat recovery system, the generator is replenished with advanced waste heat recovery before entering the furnace. While playing a role in dust removal, it absorbs the heat of the exhaust gas and increases the water temperature entering the furnace, resulting in a significant increase in production speed.
3. One click operation is convenient
Configure a microcomputer LCD control system with one click operation, install water and electricity in place, press the power button, and the generator will enter fully automatic operation mode, which is simple and does not require professional stokers, reducing the labor intensity of personnel.
4. Multiple protections
The product is equipped with a pressure controller and multiple protections such as overpressure, low water level, and overheating protection to ensure product quality.

6. The whole machine saves costs when it leaves the factory
The modular whole machine has been shipped and equipped with a water pump. Electromagnetic valves and one-way valves only need to be connected to the power supply, exhaust pipe, inlet pipe, and drain pipe, saving installation costs and a large amount of installation materials.
The operating cost is one sixth of that of an electric boiler and one-third of that of an oil and gas boiler.
8. Compact size
The whole machine is modularized for factory production, with a compact size. Steam boilers under 2 tons can be replaced by this generator using a modular combination.
