Pre treatment involves removing impurities, and during the roasting process, complex physical and chemical reactions occur within the coffee beans to form unique coffee aroma compounds. After grinding, extract the active ingredients from coffee into water at a certain temperature and pressure. By vacuum concentration, it tends towards the drying process. Drying is the process of forming instant coffee powder and also has a significant impact on the quality of coffee powder during processing. At present, the spray drying method is generally used, but because of the strong heat sensitivity of coffee aroma, it is very easy to volatilize at a higher drying temperature, which is the main reason why instant coffee does not have the strong aroma of stir fried coffee.

High pressure countercurrent extraction adopts a continuous countercurrent method to extract coffee beans under high temperature and high pressure (200 ℃) conditions, which largely extracts coffee. All tanks are made of SUS304 stainless steel and insulated with PU polyester foam technology. The upper filling port has a safety interlock device, and the bottom adopts a pneumatic valve to control the automatic slag discharge port. The inlet and outlet adopt a mesh structure to separate the material from the extraction liquid.
