Insulated magnetic flap level gauge
Product Overview
Using a magnetic float as the measuring element and a magnetic steel driven flip column display, no energy is required. Suitable for various environments ranging from low temperature to high temperature, vacuum to high pressure, etc. It is an ideal liquid level measurement product for industries such as petroleum and chemical. Configure upper and lower limit switch outputs to achieve remote alarm and limit control. Configure the transmitter to achieve remote indication, detection, and control of liquid level.
It consists of components such as the body, buoy, and flip box. Its working principle is based on Archimedes' law, using a magnetic buoy to drive a two-color sheet to display the position of the liquid surface, and using a two-color (black for gas phase and red for liquid phase) flip display. When the liquid level rises, the liquid-phase flipping plate turns red, and when the liquid level drops, the gas-phase flipping plate turns black, thus indicating the liquid level change in the container prominently. The indication is continuous, intuitive, and without blind spots, and there will be no false liquid level under any circumstances. Moreover, it has a simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, a large range, high design pressure, long service life, and a wide range of applications.
The structure is to add insulation insulation sleeves on the original basis, connect the insulation connecting pipes to the equipment insulation system, and achieve the required temperature by opening the valve size. It is suitable for use in situations where the medium is high temperature vaporization and low solidification point of austenitic stainless steel.
According to the different installation positions of the container, two forms are provided: side mounted and top mounted.
According to different working media, we provide two materials: stainless steel and ABS engineering plastic; ABS is particularly suitable for corrosive media such as acids and alkalis.

l、 Basic type
According to the principle of buoyancy, the float in the measuring tube moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white columns to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when it falls, it changes from red to white, thus indicating the liquid level.
2. Upper and lower limit switch output
By using a magnetic float to move with the liquid level, the switch installed at the set position of the liquid level gauge riser can be activated to achieve ON-OFF control or alarm.
3. Electric remote transmission
Install a transmitter on the magnetic float level gauge. The transmitter consists of two parts: a sensor and a converter. It moves up and down through a magnetic float and uses magnetic coupling to sequentially move the measuring components inside the conduit, obtaining changes in resistance signals and converting them into standard current signals ranging from 0 to 10mA or 4 to 20mA for output. These signals are then connected to digital display instruments or computers for remote display.

maintenance
1. There should be no solid impurities or magnetic impurities entering the cylinder of the liquid level gauge to avoid jamming the float and reducing buoyancy.
2. According to the condition of the medium, the main tube can be cleaned regularly to remove any impurities that may have accumulated inside the tube.
When cleaning or replacing the float with liquid, open the drain flange. When installing the magnetic float, pay attention to the heavy end with the magnetic end facing upwards and not inverted!
4. For low-temperature and liquefied gas products, the liquid level gauge body is insulated with a vacuum jacket. During installation and use, be careful not to damage the jacket to avoid affecting product quality.
