1、 Overview
The integrated zirconia oxygen analyzer is widely used in power, metallurgy, heating, building materials, electronics and other departments due to its simple structure, easy maintenance, fast reaction speed, and wide measurement range. It analyzes the oxygen content of flue gas in various industrial boilers and kilns, improves combustion efficiency, saves energy, and reduces environmental pollution.
The integrated zirconia oxygen analyzer consists of a converter and a detector (commonly known as an oxygen probe). On the core component of the detector, the zirconia concentration cell, nano materials and production processes are used, and additives that suppress electrode aging are added to the electrode coating. Greatly improved the accuracy and service life of zirconia measurement probes. The detector adopts a direct insertion probe structure, which does not require a sampling system and can timely reflect the combustion status inside the boiler. If used in conjunction with an automatic control device, it can effectively control the combustion status. The converter adopts intelligent design of single-chip microcontroller and Chinese character LCD display, making data display and function control more user-friendly; Can be connected to various types of DCS data access devices. Make the operation of the instrument simple and easy to master. Has the following characteristics:
1. It has strong universality and can directly replace oxygen analyzers from other manufacturers.
2. Red LED digital display.
3. The oxygen range can be freely set within 0-25% (the lowest range is 0-5%).
4. The temperature is controlled by PID, with constant temperature points of 700 ℃ and 750 ℃ (can be selected on site).
5. Oxygen content upper and lower limit alarm indicators and temperature upper and lower limit alarm indicators can be set.
6. Automatic correction of background potential.
7. Standard gas can be used for online calibration.
8. The 4-20mA standard current output is optically isolated from the main circuit and can be directly transmitted to the DCS system.

2、 Working principle
Integrated Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer Zirconia is a high-temperature electrolyte concentration cell that has the conductivity to generate oxygen ion migration under high temperature conditions. Due to the difference in oxygen partial pressure between the measured gas (flue gas or other gas) and the reference gas (air or other gas) on both sides of the platinum electrode of zirconia, a certain number of oxygen ions migrate between the two poles, resulting in an oxygen concentration potential. The relationship between the potential value and oxygen concentration can be expressed by the Nernst formula:

F-Faraday constant (96500c/moL)
P1- Reference gas partial pressure (air)
P2- Partial pressure of the measured gas
The transmitter calculates and converts the measured data through a microcontroller, displays the oxygen content on a digital tube, and converts it into a current signal for use by a computer or recorder. The relationship between oxygen concentration and oxygen concentration difference potential at 700 ℃ and 750 ℃ is shown in the attached table
