4、 Working principle

1) Filtering

The liquid to be filtered flows into the pool and flows by gravity through the microfiber filter layer on the surface of the microfiber board. Large suspended particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter layer, while a small amount of tiny particles that can penetrate the surface are intercepted in the gaps between the microfibers. The filtered liquid is collected into the central drum through the guide groove of the microfiber board and flows out of the pool, completing the filtration process. The equipment remains stationary during the filtration process.

2) Cleaning

When the number of particles captured on the surface of the microfiber board increases, the flux decreases, and the liquid level in the tank rises, the control system starts backwashing. The driving component drives the drum to rotate, and at the same time, the backwash water pump starts. The pressurized water hits the surface of the microfiber board through the nozzle and bounces back. The fiber layer on the surface of the microfiber board bounces and releases stripped solid particles under the impact of the pressurized water. The bounced water flushes the solid particles into the backwash water recovery box and is pumped out by the sewage pump. As the drum rotates, all microfiber boards are cleaned, flux is restored, water level drops, and backwashing stops. The entire backwashing process is carried out simultaneously with filtration, without the need for intermittent water intake.

3) Mud discharge

The particulate matter that settles at the bottom of the pool is periodically discharged from the pool body by static pressure or pump through the bottom discharge pipe depending on the water quality.
