The TSM-803 integrated three parameter combination probe integrates vibration, temperature, and oil level measurement functions. It adopts a stainless steel fully enclosed waterproof structure, which can adapt to environments ranging from -20 ℃ to 80 ℃ and has a high protection level. The probe is installed through external threads, which is easy to operate and can accurately measure. It outputs a 4-20mA standard current signal, making it easy to connect to DCS, PLC and other systems. It is suitable for safety monitoring of cooling tower fans and other equipment.

The TSM-803 integrated three parameter combination probe is a highly integrated monitoring device that simultaneously collects three key parameters: vibration, temperature, and oil level. It is designed for predictive maintenance of rotating machinery such as motors, pumps, and fans, effectively preventing equipment failures caused by lubrication failure, bearing wear, or abnormal temperature rise.

1. Measurement range:

Vibration: 0-20mm/s, the measured output is proportional to the true effective value (RMS) of the vibration velocity, which can accurately capture the vibration state of the equipment during operation.

Temperature: 0-100 ℃, capable of real-time monitoring of temperature changes in key parts of the equipment.

Oil level: -10-40mm (0mm is the lower limit position of the normal oil level of the gearbox), helping to grasp the oil level of the equipment lubrication system.

2. Measurement error:

Vibration: ± 1mm/s, ensuring the accuracy of measurement results and providing reliable basis for equipment fault diagnosis.

Temperature: ± 1 ℃, effectively monitor the operating temperature of the equipment and promptly detect temperature anomalies.

Oil level: ± 5mm, the measurement accuracy of oil level meets the daily maintenance requirements of the equipment.

3. Signal output: using active current type output, DC/4 - 20mA, Require passive resistive loads to facilitate connection with various monitoring systems. The formula for calculating the maximum load resistance (including the internal resistance of the transmission line) is R_ {max}=(V-15)/0.02 (where V is the supply voltage).

TSM-803 Integrated Three Parameter Combination Probe Field Instructions for Use

1. Installation: The probe is installed in the corresponding threaded installation hole of the fan gearbox or other equipment in the form of external threads. The probe rod is inserted into the interior of the equipment, such as the gearbox, to obtain lubricating oil temperature, lubricating oil level, and box vibration signals, and then complete the transmission output. The thread specifications and probe insertion depth need to be declared according to the actual situation of the equipment when ordering. During the installation process, it is important to ensure that the probe is securely installed to avoid any looseness that may affect measurement accuracy.

2. Electrical connection: 5-wire 6-terminal connection is used, as follows:

◦ 1 #+V: Connect to a+24V power supply, usually with a brown wire.

◦ 2 # G: Connected to the casing, can be connected to shielded wires for anti-interference purposes.

◦ 3 # - V: It is a common ground wire, usually connected to a red wire.

◦ 4 # T: Temperature signal output, connected to the yellow line.

◦ 5 # A: Vibration signal output, connected to the blue wire.

◦ 6 # L: Oil level signal output, connected to black wire.

When wiring, it is necessary to strictly follow the corresponding relationship to avoid equipment failure or measurement abnormalities caused by incorrect wiring.

3. Cable selection: The reference wiring specification for the probe cable is 5 × 0.3mm ²/RVVP type five core shielded cable, and the outer diameter of the cable seal should be between 6mm and 7mm. Due to the complex on-site environment, especially in harsh environments such as high humidity, such as inside fan ducts, cables must be strictly sealed with silicone rubber. To reduce the trouble of on-site installation and sealing, it is best for users to customize a pre packaged cable with a length of 10-15m from the factory. During installation, the cable should be led out to the external junction box of the equipment for connection.

4. Maintenance:

Long term operation or dirty lubricating oil can cause errors in oil level measurement. In this case, the probe can be removed and the probe rod can be repeatedly immersed in a non-aqueous organic solvent to clean the oil stains. After cleaning, the normal measurement function can be restored.

Regularly check whether the installation of the probe is loose, whether the cable is damaged, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, the inspection cycle can be appropriately shortened or extended according to the operating status and usage environment of the equipment.

5. Explosion proof requirements: In explosive gas environments, explosion-proof products with corresponding explosion-proof levels, such as Exd Ⅱ BT4, can be selected. The grounding wire "G" of the explosion-proof probe casing must be well grounded, and the grounding resistance must comply with relevant safety standards to ensure safe use.
