Overview
The CHZB-50 integrated vibration transmitter (manufacturer) integrates magnetic electric vibration sensors and precision measurement circuits together to form a high-precision vibration measurement system. The transmitter can be directly connected to DCS, PLC or other equipment and is an ideal choice for measuring the vibration of factory equipment such as fans, motors, water pumps, etc.

Two wire vibration transmitter
The YMLV vibration transmitter mainly consists of three parts: vibration speed sensor, function conversion circuit, and digital display. Can be widely used in large rotating machines such as fans, compressors, pumps, etc. Measure the vibration of bearing seats, casings, etc. Output current (or voltage) signals for easy connection with computer systems (DCS, etc.). It is directly installed outside the machine, making installation, use, and maintenance extremely convenient. It directly displays the vibration value (intensity or displacement), which greatly facilitates maintenance personnel to understand the real-time operation of the machine.

3.1 Installation position: Install horizontally or vertically on the measured vibration point, and fix it with M10 screws at the bottom of the sensor.
3.2 Installation dimensions and specifications: Refer to Figure 3 (Installation and protection of speed sensor). If the installation position of the sensor is subject to high temperature steam erosion, protective measures need to be taken to reduce the ambient temperature of the sensor. Generally, no protection is required.
3.3 Usage and insulation requirements. The sensor output is suspended grounded, and the plugs and sockets connected to the sensor are labeled with numbers 1, 2, and 3. As the positive pole of the sensor signal output and the negative pole of "3", they are respectively connected to the signal input on the back terminal of the vibration monitor. "1" is connected to the positive terminal, "3" is connected to the negative terminal, and the connecting wire with the vibration monitor requires good insulation performance. A two core shielded cable is used, with one end of the cable's shielding layer floating and the other end grounded on the outer shell of the vibration monitor.
The installation of the sensor is equipped with M10 fixing screws by our factory. The protective measures for sensor installation are provided by our factory with protective covers, and the rest can be handled by the user according to local conditions.
5. Precautions
5.1 The sensor should be protected from severe impact and knocking.
5.2 During transportation and storage, it should be placed in a dedicated packaging box.
