Overview of Time Control Integrated Water Processor Function
The main reason for the formation of scale is the presence of carbonates such as calcium and magnesium in water. After heating, their solubility decreases, and cations such as Ca2+and Mg2+combine with anions such as CO3- to form CaCO3 and MgCO3 molecules. Multiple CaCO3 and MgCO3 molecules combine together through intermolecular forces to precipitate and adsorb on the water vessel wall, forming scale. Under actual operating conditions, the scale formed by each water system is a composite scale (a mixture of hardness scale and dirt). The design principle of the comprehensive water treatment system is to comprehensively solve the problem of composite scale by controlling the two aspects of "hardness scale and dirt". Firstly, a comprehensive filter body consisting of an active filter layer, a mechanical variable diameter barrier layer, and a radio frequency effect field is used to adsorb and concentrate impurities that are prone to form scale in water, reduce their concentration, and achieve the goal of controlling dirt and most hardness scales.
2: Installation of comprehensive water processor function with time control throughout the process
1: When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the system reaches 0.03-0.06MPa during operation, backwashing should be carried out. When the new system is first used, backwashing should be carried out 1-2 times every 8 hours. After normal operation, it depends on the water quality.
2: Backwash: Open the bypass valve, close the inlet valve and power supply of the equipment, open the drain valve, and perform reverse flushing of the filter body for about 10-20 seconds (depending on the water quality)
3: Time controlled comprehensive water processor function parameters throughout the entire process
(1) Mean time between failures: not less than 50000
