The Nernst1210 integrated zirconia analyzer is an integrated structural product that can be widely used for detecting oxygen content in combustion processes in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and incineration. It can directly monitor the oxygen content in combustion or post combustion flue gas of furnaces, sintering furnaces, heating furnaces, etc. The analyzer provides real-time parameters of oxygen content O2% (percentage) and oxygen potential millivolts in the furnace or flue.

It can directly monitor the oxygen content in the combustion or post combustion flue gas of boilers, furnaces, sintering furnaces, heating furnaces, etc. Due to the use of a guide tube structure and a guide tube structure with a radiator, our integrated zirconia oxygen analyzer can measure temperatures inside the furnace and flue from room temperature to over 1000 ℃, greatly expanding the range of use of integrated zirconia and providing conditions for cost reduction and easy installation. The analyzer provides real-time oxygen content O in the furnace or flue₂%(Percentage) parameter and millivolt value of oxygen potential.

Nernst 1210Integrated zirconia analyzerIt consists of two parts: a guide pipe (or injector) oxygen analyzer installed in the flue or furnace. The connecting cable between the detector and the analyzer has been internally connected in the factory, and only appropriate power supply, calibration, and purging gas pipelines need to be provided on site.

Input function: The instrument displays the measured oxygen content in real-time.

Output control: The instrument is equipped with a 4-20mA current output signal.

Measurement range: -33.4mV~2800mV (750 ℃)

Alarm settings: The instrument has adjustable high and low oxygen alarm outputs.

On site connection: One power line and one signal line are directly connected to the analyzer.

Intelligent control: The instrument can have human-machine dialogue and complete various functions according to predetermined settings.

Display function: It can display 8 states including real-time oxygen content, probe temperature, real-time oxygen millivolt value, etc.

Safety function: When the furnace is stopped, the user can control to turn off the probe heater to ensure safety.
