Main functions

·Real time collection of production data from the production line, including the quantity of defective products, as well as the types of production line failures such as downtime, material shortages, and quality issues, and transmission to the database system;

·Receive information from the database, such as production plan information, material information, etc;

·Name and quantity information of defective products at the transmission inspection station;

·Connect the detection instrument to achieve digitalization of the detection instrument. The data acquisition instrument automatically obtains measurement data from the measuring instrument, records, analyzes and calculates it, forms various corresponding graphics, and automatically judges the measurement results, such as measuring the jumping of machined parts and drawing the tension curve of the tension meter;

a. The data collection has strong universality. Not only can it collect electrical quantities, but it can also collect non electrical quantities. AC discrete sampling is used for electrical parameter acquisition, relay patrol is used for non electrical parameter acquisition, and signal processing is regulated by high-precision isolated operational amplifier AD202JY, with good linearity and high accuracy.
b. The entire system adopts a distributed structure, with modular design for both software and hardware. The data collection part adopts a self-developed RS-485 network with optical isolation, which has high communication efficiency, good security, and simple structure. The backend system can form distributed networks such as 485 network, Novell network, and Windows NT network according to the actual size and requirements of the monitored system. Due to the distributed and modular structure of both software and hardware, it is easy to upgrade and maintain the system, and to form different systems as needed.
c. Data processing is programmed in Visual C++language on the Windows NT platform, which has strong processing capabilities, fast speed, user-friendly interface, and can achieve network data sharing.
d. The entire system is independently developed and in line with China's national conditions. The modifications to the original system of the power plant are minimal, and the system cost is relatively low, making it more suitable for the technical renovation needs of small and medium-sized power plants.
