1、 Online booking

On the mobile end, you can view the reserved and available time slots of all conference rooms within the current enterprise, select a time slot for reservation, and support canceling conference room reservations before the start of the meeting, as well as extending or ending the meeting before the end of the meeting. For conference rooms with large screens, QR code booking is also supported.
Fully utilize conference room resources to maximize meeting efficiency. When a user has booked a conference room and is unable to hold it on time due to unforeseen circumstances, they can cancel the conference reservation, release the conference room, and avoid wasting resources; What if the scheduled meeting time is too short or too long? As long as the meeting starts, you can end it early or extend it at any time without worrying; If you are in a hurry to find a venue for a last-minute meeting, you can walk to the door of the conference room and scan the QR code on the screen for quick binding.

The schedule of the employee meeting is clear at a glance. The meetings that I initiate or have been invited to attend will be displayed in my meeting, making it convenient for users to view their meeting schedule; Ten minutes before the meeting starts, users will be reminded to attend the meeting to avoid missing it.
Administrative personnel can view the occupancy status of various conference rooms within the enterprise and all generated conference room reservation records on the system management end. At the same time, the information of a single conference room can be edited, and conference equipment such as projection and audio-visual all-in-one machines can be requested by the conference initiator.
