The electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction heating, which uses high-frequency current to generate a magnetic field through an inductive coil. When the magnetic field lines pass through the sealing aluminum foil material, a large number of small eddy currents are instantly generated, causing the aluminum foil to heat up at high speed, melt the adhesive compound on the aluminum foil, and stick it to the sealing material, achieving the purpose of rapid sealing.
The material of sealed containers can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), polystyrene (PS), ABS, glass, etc., and cannot be used for metal bottle bodies and caps.
