Product Overview:
By adopting an automated printing process and a high-precision operating structure mainly based on servo drive and grating detection and positioning, the printing line has achieved high precision and automation. The intelligent printing line machine uses high-definition CCD for visual automatic positioning, and combines with the printing parameters set in the controller to automatically locate the substrate and generate printing line trajectories. The formed printing line trajectory is composed of countless small inkjet dots distributed at intervals, with an accuracy of up to 0.2mm, and ink consumables are only calculated based on the area of the inkjet dots. No need for a screen device, no cleaning, no board replacement, no proofreading. The printing line operation is fully automated through the printing line component, and the substrate is automatically collected and processed, making the entire operation process intelligent and automated.
