QMS7912 is specifically developed for applications in the Internet of Things, smart animal husbandry, smart hardware, and wearable devices;

The external dimensions of the product are 5 * 5 * 1 mm3. Internally integrated three-axis acceleration sensor, MCU, and wireless Bluetooth transmission.

MEMS sensors can dynamically configure multiple working modes with 32 levels of FIFO, 10 bit analog-to-digital conversion, and data output frequencies up to 2000Hz.

MCU integrates 64K bytes of Flash and 2K bytes of RAM, supports IAP/ISP, internal clock and reset circuits, I2C, SPI, UART, ADC, PWM, CRC, etc.

Bluetooth wireless transmission and reception can reach up to 1Mbps with a channel spacing of 2MHz, without the need for an external RF amplifier.

QMS7912 integrates MEMS sensors, MCU, and Bluetooth wirelessly onto a single chip, enabling data acquisition, processing, and transmission on a single chip.
