DZW multi turn electric device, abbreviated as Z-type electric device, is a driving equipment for valve opening, closing or regulating control. Z-type electrical installation is suitable for gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, plunger valves, throttle valves, water gates, etc. Can be used for both open stem valves and concealed stem valves. The performance of this product meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Electric Devices of Ordinary Valves". The performance of the explosion-proof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices".

DZW multi turn electrical installation has the characteristics of comprehensive functions, reliable performance, advanced control system, small size, light weight, and easy use and maintenance. Valves can be remotely controlled, centrally controlled, and automatically controlled. Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, papermaking, and wastewater treatment.

Classified by protection type: there are outdoor type and explosion-proof type;
Divided by control mode: there are conventional type, integral type, and integral adjustment type;
Conventional electric devices have a separate structure and require an external control box without on-site buttons. The integral electric device is an integrated structure that can input switch signals and output 4-20mA signals, with on-site buttons. The regulating electric device is an integrated structure that can input and output 4-20mA signals, adjust the valve opening size, and thus achieve the adjustment of flow rate.
According to the connection type, there are torque type, power station type, and thrust type.

1. Power supply: Conventional, three-phase 380V (50Hz) special, three-phase 660V, 415V, single-phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz)
2 Working environment:
Environmental temperature: -20~+60 ℃ (special orders -40~+80 ℃).
Relative humidity: ≤ 95% (at 25 ℃).
Protection type: Outdoor type used in places without flammable, explosive, and non corrosive media. There are two types of explosion-proof products, d Ⅰ and d Ⅱ BT4. d Ⅰ is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 to T4. (See GB3836.1 for details)

4. Work schedule: Short 10 minutes (30 minutes for special orders)
