Product Introduction

The IoT balance valve is an NB-10T intelligent wireless remote flow control valve developed by our company. It is used in conjunction with household heat meters, room temperature collectors, and intelligent heating integrated platform systems. It is usually installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the heating system user end. By adjusting the opening, the user flow can be accurately adjusted to evenly distribute heat and distribute heat according to demand, solve the problem of vertical imbalance, achieve user room temperature balance, and ultimately achieve the goal of dual network balance adjustment.

Ultra low power consumption design, powered by dedicated lithium batteries to ensure the service life of the valve, and optional external power supply.

Wireless NB communication design, no wiring construction required.

Report once a day during heating season and once a month during non heating season to save power consumption and improve service life. The design is compact and can be installed vertically, tilted, or horizontally without the need for a dedicated control box, and construction is not restricted. All valve bodies are produced using forging technology, avoiding leakage problems caused by sand holes caused by sanding process. The automatic descaling mechanism (valve washing function) improves the reliability of long-term operation. The mobile app controls the valve through Bluetooth, without the need to be close to the valve, to achieve functions such as switching, opening adjustment, parameter setting, and querying. The reporting cycle can be set to meet the high-frequency communication requirements during the balancing period. Downstream optional 485 communication, reading household heat meters and uploading information together, saving costs and NB resources. Multiple fault alarm functions are supported, including no valve alarm, open position fault alarm, close position fault alarm, open and close rotation alarm, no temperature sensor alarm, etc., to timely grasp the operation status of the valve. The supporting intelligent heating integrated platform can achieve valve operation status monitoring, parameter setting, remote opening control, statistical analysis, and historical query functions, which can easily regulate the hydraulic and thermal conditions of the secondary network and achieve the best operating effect.
