Under the action of a rapid temperature change test chamber, the product is subjected to extreme testing, using artificial simulated environmental temperature acceleration techniques (alternating expansion and contraction of the product when cycling within the upper and lower limit extreme temperatures) to change external environmental stress, causing thermal stress and strain in the product. By accelerating stress, potential problems in the product are exposed, such as material issues, process issues, and manufacturing problems.
Under conditions of rapid temperature changes, thermal stress and strain are generated. By accelerating the stress, potential defects in the product (such as material defects, process defects, and manufacturing defects) are exposed to avoid unnecessary losses caused by environmental stress during use. This has a significant effect on improving product delivery yield and reducing the number of repairs.
Refrigeration principle: using air-cooled piston compression cascade refrigeration method; The refrigeration method adopts vapor compression refrigeration, which utilizes the latent heat of evaporation of liquids such as Freon to absorb heat from the cooled object and achieve refrigeration. In the process of vapor compression refrigeration cycle, the liquid entering the evaporator through expansion valve or capillary tube throttling absorbs the latent heat of evaporation from surrounding objects and evaporates. After evaporation, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure gas that is sucked in by the refrigeration compressor.
