1、 Introduction:

2、 Characteristics:
This machine adopts a permanent magnet DC motor, which can operate continuously for more than 10000 hours without load. The instrument has good performance, no noise, no vibration, automatic commutation, and is equipped with a timing device. It has excellent mixing effect, stepless speed regulation, and beautiful appearance. Providing ideal tools for laboratory staff, this machine adopts cold-rolled plate impact welding forming, and the outer surface is enhanced with high-temperature spray coating to improve anti-corrosion performance.

4、 Usage:

Before using this instrument, first place the beaker to be stirred in the center of the stirrer workbench, add the solution, place the stirrer and stainless steel temperature probe in the beaker, and then plug in the power plug of the instrument; ② First, turn on the timer, select the desired time or set it to the normally open position, then turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on to start working. ③ When bidirectional mixing is required, simply turn on the bidirectional switch; When constant temperature stirring is required: simply select the temperature on the intelligent temperature controller (specific operation can be found in the temperature controller instructions); ④ The speed can vary from slow to fast (fast start is not allowed to prevent the agitator from jumping), and the power should be cut off when not working. ⑤ To ensure safety, please connect the grounding wire when using. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and it is strictly prohibited for the solution to enter the machine to avoid damaging the parts.

When the stirrer jumps or does not stir during stirring, please cut off the power and check whether the beaker is flat and in the correct position. At the same time, please measure whether the current voltage is between 220V ± 10V, otherwise the above situation will occur.

Medium speed operation can work continuously for 8 hours, while high-speed operation can work continuously for 4 hours. The whole machine is equipped with one set of pillars, one PTFE stirrer, and one power cord (plug).
