lPneumatic dual balance cylinder, balancing the weight of the slider and upper mold, reducing impact and noise, eliminating the gap between the connecting rod and slider, and reducing the impact and wear of stressed parts;

lThe whole machine adopts a well-known brand's dedicated press control system, and the air circuit is controlled by a safe double valve, which can achieve inching, inching, single and continuous stamping;

lThe key components such as slider, guide rail, worktable, connecting rod, and sleeve are all cast with resin sand, which improves surface roughness compared to general clay sand casting1-2Grade, improve dimensional accuracy2-3Grade;
