Insertion electromagnetic flowmeter is an inductive instrument used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive fluids. Insertion electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of fluid flow meter developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. On the basis of retaining the advantages of pipeline electromagnetic flow meters, it addresses the difficulties and high costs of installing pipeline electromagnetic flow meters on large pipelines. Based on the principle of NIKURADS, it uses electromagnetic methods to measure the average flow velocity of fluids and obtain the volumetric flow rate of fluids. Especially with the use of pressurized opening and installation technology, the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed without stopping (water), as well as on cast iron and cement pipelines. The successful development of the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter provides a new means for detecting fluid flow.

2、 Functional features:

Plug in electromagnetic flowmeterIn the flow detection of large pipelines, the installation is simple, there is no need to cut off the flow, and on-site pressurized openings can be made, which has absolute installation and price advantages.

Suitable for liquid flow detection with conductivity of 5us/cm or higher in water, sewage, acid, strong alkali, etc. The change in conductivity does not affect the performance change, making it suitable for complex fluid changes. Especially suitable for flow measurement of water supply and drainage pipelines.

The flow meter has no mechanical movable parts, and the converter adopts optimized design, with a tight structure and easy electrical installation. The converter and sensor are interchangeable and can freely change the measurement range (0.5m/s~10m/s).

The measurement of flow rate is only related to the insertion depth, so this flowmeter has wide universality and strong interchangeability. One model can meet the fluid measurement requirements of various specifications of pipelines.

The design has rich output interfaces that can be connected to any standard secondary instrument to display, accumulate, or regulate flow.

Provide five segment nonlinear correction function for sensors.

It has the function of automatic calculation of average flow rate, which is convenient for instrument calibration.

Damping function. The range can be set to 0-40S (any integer in the middle).

Automatic range switching function. The flow meter can automatically switch its range when the fluid volume changes within a wide range, ensuring accurate measurement throughout the entire range.

Positive and negative flow calculation function. Users can choose between forward or reverse metering (factory default is forward metering).

Alarm for upper and lower limits. Users can set the upper and lower instantaneous flow rates according to their actual needs. When the flow rate exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit set value, the buzzer will sound an alarm or there will be a relay output (optional for users).

Air traffic control judgment. In working condition, when the flow meter measures the empty pipe inside the tube, the instantaneous flow rate displays the empty pipe.

Power outage protection, the calculation results of the flowmeter and the parameters set by the user will not disappear after power outage, and EEPROM can protect the set parameters and cumulative values.

Small signal excision function. Users can set the lower limit voltage and lower limit flow rate through the display panel to cut off interfering small signal flow.

The instrument applies the principle of "automatic zeroing" to eliminate electrochemical interference signals and achieve zero point self stabilization.

Password locking function. After the flowmeter is powered on, if parameters need to be set, a four digit password must be entered to set the parameters, effectively preventing unrelated personnel from changing the instrument parameters. 4、 Product installation precautions:

When installing the sensor, it is important to note that the upstream straight pipe section should not be less than 5D (D represents the pipe diameter), and the downstream straight pipe section should not be less than 2D. Introduction to vertical installation method: When inserting the sensor into the pipeline, the angle with the vertical diameter of the pipeline section should be less than 5 °, which is suitable for measuring clean media with low pipeline vibration; Introduction to inclined installation method: The angle between the axis of the sensor and the axis of the measured pipeline is 45 °, which is suitable for measuring the flow rate of liquids with large pipe diameters and other impurities in the measuring medium. This method has low water resistance during installation and should not cause entanglement. There are two methods for inserting the insertion point of the electromagnetic flowmeter sensor: the first is to insert it into the central axis of the measured pipeline; The second method is to insert it into the inner wall of the pipeline at 0.25D of the pipeline. Installation introduction of sensors: firstly, clean the welding slag and burrs on the installation base of the tested tube; The second is to close the upstream flow control valve or use low-pressure water supply; The third step is to install the ball valve onto the base, paying attention to the long cavity of the ball valve facing upwards. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the ball valve can be fully opened and closed. Install the clamping threaded seat, clamping nut, and rubber sealing ring onto the ball valve, loosen the positioning nut, and insert the sensor into the measured pipeline through the ball valve. At the same time, it should be noted that the direction of the sensor indicator rod should be consistent with the fluid flow direction in order to provide accurate measurement.
