JM and JML type elastic diaphragm couplings
The JM type diaphragm coupling compensates for the relative displacement of the two shafts connected by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm. It is a high-performance metal elastic element flexible coupling that does not require lubrication, has a compact structure, high strength, long service life, and no rotational clearance.
Not affected by temperature and oil pollution, it has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for shaft transmission in high temperature, high speed, and corrosive medium working conditions. It is widely used in shaft transmission of various mechanical devices, such as water pumps (especially high-power and chemical pumps), fans, compressors, hydraulic machinery, petroleum machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, chemical machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, aviation (helicopter), and ship high-speed power transmission systems. After dynamic balancing, it is widely used in high-speed transmission shaft systems
Structural Characteristics Editing JM Type Diaphragm Coupling Structural Characteristics:
Divide the connecting rod types into four, six, and eight equal parts based on the transmitted torque and flexibility.
Large bearing capacity, wide application range, long service life, transmitting nominal torque of 25-1000000 N.m.
The working temperature is -20~+250, and no lubrication is required. It can work in corrosive media.
Compared with gear couplings, it has a simple structure, easy processing and maintenance, low vibration, no noise, and is suitable for use at high speeds.
Easy to assemble, disassemble, and inspect, the main and driven parts of the transmission system can be detached without axial displacement during disassembly.
Widely used in metallurgy, steel rolling, mining, chemical industry, shipbuilding, pumps, fans and other industries.
