Tin plated copper stranded wire adopts electrolytic tin plating process, and multiple strands are drawn simultaneously in production. The drawing process adopts continuous annealing process, and the multiple strands of stranded wire do not jump or back. The product has a uniform appearance, beautiful luster, and excellent industrial characteristics such as corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and weldability. The conductor is tightly pressed, the outer diameter of the wire harness does not exceed the tolerance, and the high conductivity performance. The various properties of tin plated copper stranded wire can meet the requirements of DIN40500 (German Industrial Standard) and ASTMB33 (American Society for Testing and Materials).
