It is a new intelligent distillation treatment device that integrates constant temperature heating, automatic control of distillation endpoint, and cooling water circulation according to the laboratory distillation pretreatment operating procedures. This instrument has tested functions such as precise temperature control, automatic anti backflow suction, uniform heating, anti boiling, and intelligent endpoint control. Easy to use, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. After comparing and verifying the distillation recovery rate in the metrology certification laboratory, the results are accurate and reliable, with a recovery rate of over 95%.
This instrument can be widely used in various chemical laboratories such as pharmaceutical companies, universities, research institutes, factories, and mining enterprises that require distillation experiments to treat residual sulfur dioxide in traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
Can be used for pre-treatment of sulfur dioxide residue detection in traditional Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces according to the methods specified in the 2015 and 2020 editions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Main technical indicators:
1. The traditional Chinese medicine sulfur dioxide analyzer consists of the following units: six sets of heating control units, one set of cooling water self circulation unit, six sets of nitrogen flow automatic control units, six sets of magnetic stirring control units, timing control units, and titration units.
2. Heating method: Bowl shaped far-infrared ceramic heating furnace is used, with infrared radiation heating (no open flame heating, waterproof). The whole machine has micro boiling and full boiling adjustment, and the heating power is automatically adjusted to prevent explosion boiling during the experimental process.
3. Heating units: 6, capable of single hole and single control;
4. Heating time: 5-8 minutes
5. Nitrogen device: The host is equipped with a nitrogen main interface, which has nitrogen protection function and can control the nitrogen flow rate through a single hole (adjustable from 0-2L/min), or the flow rate can be selected as 60-60ml/min
6. Control mode: Distillation time can be set simultaneously, heating will automatically stop, high degree of automation, no need for manual supervision.
7. Magnetic stirring control unit:
7.1 An independent built-in magnetic stirring device should be installed in the receiving area of each distillation unit, and the stirring speed can be adjusted by a knob.
7.2 Timing control unit: According to the pharmacopoeia method, each distillation unit should be equipped with an independent timing control device, which can set the working time to 0-200 minutes. After the working time is set, the experiment will start automatically timing, and the heating will automatically stop when the timing ends;
7.3 Titration Unit: The host should be equipped with an independent titration butterfly clip for easy fixation of the burette for titration
8. Single hole power: 0-500W (single furnace, adjustable)

10. Cooling method: Closed internal circulation reflux system, no need for external cooling water source, compressor refrigeration cooling internal circulation system, suitable for large-scale work, better condensation effect.
