1、 Overall requirements
（1） Work philosophy. （2） Development goals. Strive to create 200-300 modern agricultural demonstration parks in the province by 2020, and achieve basic modernization of agriculture in national modern agricultural demonstration zones. The parks will become leading areas for agricultural equipment and technology application, leading areas for industrial integration and green development, and model areas for business entities and industrial cultivation.
2、 Key tasks

According to the construction concept of "one district, multiple parks", one or more modern agricultural demonstration parks will be built through departmental leadership, township joint management, enterprise joint management, investment promotion, and transformation and establishment, in order to expand the scale of the park and the core area. Promote the upgrading of agricultural machinery and equipment, and promote advanced and applicable facilities such as steel frame greenhouses, drip irrigation, and temperature and humidity control. By 2020, the comprehensive mechanization level of main crop cultivation and harvesting in the park will reach over 80%. Using provincial-level and above industrial parks as platforms, we aim to accumulate resources such as land, capital, technology, and talent, and cultivate and strengthen agricultural industry clusters. Vigorously promote the integration of planting and breeding with ecological recycling, and cultivate the construction of ecological circular agriculture. Vigorously implement the "Internet plus Park" action, accelerate the construction of the park's e-commerce platform and supporting service system, and strive to create a modern agricultural circulation system combining online and offline. Vigorously promote the resource utilization of agricultural waste, ensuring that the ecological environment indicators of the park meet or exceed the requirements of pollution-free agricultural product production standards.
