The Jig Grinding Fineness Plate is used to determine the particle size and fineness of various materials, such as paints, pigments, inks, coatings, chocolates, or other similar products.
Double groove grinding fineness plates are made of hardened stainless steel with grooves of a certain slope (depending on the selected model).
The scale units are micrometers, mils, NS (Hegman) or PCU (North), and the error of the fineness plate is ± 2 μ m (0.08mil). All models have a slot width of 12mm (0.47 ") and a slot length of 127mm (5.0").
How to use grinding fineness plate
