The all-new Jin Ya Tuo AT10K ID reader supports users to quickly and reliably check, verify, and collect data from electronic travel and identity documents. This product is designed for environments such as immigration management, banking, hotels, and tourism where speed, accuracy, and reliability are equally important, aiming to meet the demands of demanding scenarios.
The AT10K is compact and stylish, capable of meeting all your document reading needs.
Based on a detailed analysis of real-life scenarios, the AT10K includes an LED "landing light" feedback system that can guide users to correctly place their identification documents, regardless of whether they are using their left or right hand. These 'landing lights' can display a progress bar, informing users that the reader is processing their documents and when they will be completed. After the document processing is completed, a prominent red cross or green check mark indicates that the user can remove the document. It has been proven that this method can improve the success rate of initial reading, especially for users who do not frequently use ID readers, to reduce their frustration, shorten queue time, and enhance the company's reputation.
The reader also includes a brand new ID book press clip, which is used to secure the passport book and read multiple bound ID books. The ID cover on the reader can be easily removed, making it convenient to use mobile phones and tablets to read or operate with gloves.
For integrators, we offer a special model of Gemalto OEM AT10K ID reader with a simple shape and simple design, which can be easily integrated with self-service counters, counters, and self-service customs clearance systems at airports and other locations such as railways and cruise terminals, making it an ideal choice for these environments. OEM models can check and scan travel documents, including electronic travel documents and one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcodes on paper and mobile electronic boarding passes.
We recently conducted a self-service experience survey for inexperienced passengers and designed the OEM AT10K based on the survey results. Based on on-site experience and detailed analysis of numerous existing projects, Jin Yatuo has designed an LED feedback device called "landing light" to help passengers correctly place their documents and use the reader, thereby improving the success rate of one-time reading, even for passengers who do not frequently or rarely use the reader.
The reader has a user operation diagram engraved on the almost completely flat top without a protective cover, so whether checking paper or electronic boarding passes or passports on mobile phones, users can clearly see the information displayed in the reading area.
