workflow

After starting the ton bag packaging machine unit, the lifting mechanism descends to the height of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag mouth is covered with a wrapping type bag clamp. The switch is triggered, and the bag clamp wraps the entire bag mouth (to prevent dust leakage). Hook the packaging bag lifting rope into four bag lifting mechanisms, retract the lifting mechanism, and use the control mechanism to control the opening and closing of the discharge butterfly valve according to the preset packaging value in conjunction with the PLC programmable controller through high-precision weighing sensor feedback signals. The operation is divided into three levels: fast, medium, and slow, for filling, metering, and unloading. During the cutting process, the butterfly valve suction port automatically opens to replace excess gas in the packaging bag. During the filling process, a lifting mechanism can be set up to move back and forth to achieve the effect of compacting and evenly spreading materials. After the measurement is completed, the lifting mechanism falls down, and the bag clamping mechanism and bag lifting mechanism automatically open to put down the packaging bag.
