1. Impedance testing software - FC Tester
Using FC Tester, the KFM system can be controlled by a PC to perform various tests related to the I-V characteristics, constant current characteristics, and obtaining Cole Cole curve graphs using current breaking method and AC impedance method of fuel cells. And various experiments can be completed according to specific timing. Moreover, when assembled with the fuel cell scanner KFM2151, the impedance of each individual cell can be tested alternately in sequence.

After connecting each individual section of wiring at once, there is no need to adjust the wiring again. It can directly test the voltage and impedance of any individual section and has the function of changing channel allocation terminals. The influence of load lines on measurement
The use of load lines is extremely important in impedance testing of fuel cells. Especially when testing high currents, the material, thickness, length, and other factors of the load line can affect the test results.

Testing fuel cells with very thick load lines under high current conditions
If fine wires are used, it will cause voltage drop and heat generation due to power loss, which will be very dangerous. If the voltage drops too much below the operating voltage of the electronic load device, the current will not be able to pass through.

Use thick and short load lines for AC impedance testing
In AC impedance testing, the higher the AC current, the higher the frequency, so thick and short wires must be used for testing.
