Product Introduction

The KQ500N intelligent LCD display alarm controller adopts a 240 * 128 dot matrix large screen LCD display, which can display 4 channels of data or all data on each screen.

The controller generates 4-20mA or 485 for the detector

The signal is collected and converted into a digital signal, which is processed by an internal microcontroller to display the corresponding gas concentration on the LCD screen and output the corresponding control signal.

The controller adopts a large capacity data storage chip, which has real-time data recording, alarm data recording, fault data recording and other functions, making it convenient for users to collect and manage data from various channels.

The controller adopts a graphical Chinese menu interface, with real-time clock function, first report channel prompt, alarm channel prompt function. The function menu is clear at a glance, making it convenient for users to use.

The controller has 8 sets of programmable alarm relays and 2 sets of fault relays, making it convenient for users to freely combine alarm outputs. It can directly link and control fans, solenoid valves, etc.

The controller is easy to install and network, enabling measurement, display, and public alarm control of physical quantities for 2, 4, 6, 8, 16, or 32 channels. When the gas concentration detected in the environment reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the alarm immediately emits sound and light alarms to remind early safety measures and drive the exhaust and control systems to prevent explosions, fires, and poisoning accidents, thereby ensuring safe production. It can be used for gas safety detection and alarm in places that require fire prevention, explosion prevention, and poisoning prevention, such as oil exploration and extraction, oil and gas transportation, refining, metallurgy, power plants, chemicals, oil depots, liquefied gas stations, mines, tunnels, underground pipelines, etc.
