Product Details

The KRTS MX80M series metallographic microscope features a new series of observation tubes with a multi-stage spectral ratio observation head design. It adopts a wide beam imaging system design and supports 26.5mm ultra wide field of view observation, bringing you a new experience of large field of view. The two-stage positive image hinge three eye observation tube ensures that the direction of sample movement is consistent with the direction you observe through the eyepiece, making the operation more convenient. Three level hinged three eye observation tube, with 100% imaging light used for binocular observation or three eye photography, an additional 20% for binocular observation and 80% for microscopic photography, making it convenient for users to compare and observe images under the microscope and video images simultaneously;
Polarization system includes polarizer and analyzer, which can be used for polarization detection. In semiconductor and PCB detection, it can eliminate stray light and provide clearer details. The analyzer is divided into fixed analyzer and 360 degree rotating analyzer. The 360 ° rotating analyzer can conveniently observe the state of the specimen under different polarization angles of light without moving the specimen. On the basis of the polarization system, a newly developed differential interferometer can be loaded to establish a Normanrsky differential interference contrast system.
The newly developed U-BICR differential interference component of the Norman Lasky differential interference contrast system can convert subtle height differences that cannot be detected under bright field observation into high contrast brightness differences and express them in three-dimensional relief form, such as LCD conductive particles, precision disk surface scratches, etc.
The neutral density color filter is linked to the light and dark field observation design. The lever at the front of the lighting fixture makes the switching between light and dark field observation more convenient, and it has a neutral density color filter (ND50) linkage function. Due to the fact that dark field observation usually requires the light source to be turned on brighter than bright field observation, this feature design can prevent users from being stimulated by strong light when switching from dark field to bright field, improving the comfort of use.
Objective lens converter, porous optional porous objective lens converter can perform continuous and more reasonable low, medium, and high magnification observations on the same specimen observation point. The new objective lens converter reduces the angle between the optical axis and the rotation axis to 15 °, improving the centering accuracy and autofocus accuracy, and has a more compact appearance.

We have synchronously designed a complete set of dual-purpose lenses for both bright and dark fields, which increase the brightness of dark field illumination by more than twice compared to traditional dark field lenses. Adopting a newly designed long working distance objective lens, semi complex chromatic aberration reduction technology, multi-layer broadband coating technology, long-life LED light source, and various highly functional accessories, the effective working distance of the 50X objective lens is 7.9mm, the effective working distance of the 100X objective lens also reaches 2.1mm, and there is also a 20X ultra long working distance metallographic objective lens, greatly expanding the application field of the MX model. It can meet various inspection needs and can be used for bright field, simple polarization, differential interference observation. It is specially designed for LCD industry/TFT glass/COG conductive particle indentation and particle explosion inspection.

Reflective Illuminator

Rich observation methods to meet your testing needs

Bright field observation: The telecentric Kola reflection illumination system, coupled with a newly designed infinitely long working distance flat field achromatic metallographic objective, can obtain clear, flat, and bright high-quality microscopic images from low magnification to high magnification.

Dark field observation: Pull the dark field lighting lever to the designated position to use the dark field function, which can observe various scratches, impurities, and other subtle defects on the surface of the object. Built in attenuation film reduces the stimulation of the eyes caused by drastic changes in light and dark fields.

Simple polarization observation: Insert the polarizer and analyzer into the designated position of the lighting fixture to perform simple polarization observation. The analyzer can be divided into two types: fixed and 360 ° rotating.

DIC differential interference observation: By inserting a DIC prism on the basis of orthogonal polarization, DIC differential interference observation can be performed. By using DIC technology, the small height differences on the surface of the sample can produce a significant relief effect, greatly improving the contrast of the image. It can be matched with an objective lens with DIC function, making the interference color of the entire field of view consistent. The differential interference effect is excellent, and the high magnification objective lens also has good DIC effect.


Normansky differential interference contrast system

High performance objective lens converter
The MX model's converter adopts a precision bearing design, with a light and comfortable rotating feel, high repeatability positioning accuracy, and good control of the concentricity of the objective lens after conversion. Different models of converters can be selected according to the different configurations and functions of the MX series models.


Photography/Video Accessories

On the three eyed observation tube, a camera device can be connected to output the images observed by both eyes to a monitor or computer for image analysis, processing, storage, or transmission. By using a dedicated C interface and relay lens, it can be connected to a digital camera for quick photography and image acquisition.

Multiple interference filters to choose from
When using a 12V100W halogen lamp for illumination, you can choose the LBD daylight type color filter, which can filter the light into the color of natural sunlight, and the image background is soft and bright white. According to the specific needs of industrial testing, other color filters can be selected to adjust the light spectrum for the best image effect.
