Glass fiber braided high-temperature compensation cables are mainly used in the following fields due to their performance:
High temperature environment power transmission
Stable power transmission in high-temperature equipment, suitable for furnaces, electric heating equipment and other occasions, supporting long-term high-temperature operation

Signal compensation and control
Cooperate with thermocouples, sensors and other instruments to compensate for temperature errors in signal transmission and ensure industrial automation control accuracy.
High temperature protection and corrosion resistance scenarios
By using glass fiber weaving layer and silicone rubber insulation material, it can resist high temperature radiation, acid and alkali corrosion, and mechanical wear.
High temperature industrial equipment
Areas such as glass plant furnaces, steel plant heating furnaces, and petrochemical plant reaction equipment that require continuous exposure to high temperatures of 300-600 ℃.
Power generation and energy system
Power connection lines or signal transmission lines in high-temperature areas of thermal power generation units and nuclear power equipment.
High temperature control system
Temperature monitoring of kilns, electrical connections for high-temperature baking equipment (such as paint baking rooms), and heat-resistant control circuits for automated production lines.
Mobile devices and complex environments
Power lines for mobile equipment in high-temperature workshops, cables for high-temperature rolling mills in the metallurgical industry, and other applications that require frequent bending or mechanical stress.
Glass manufacturing industry
A power supply and temperature monitoring system for glass melting furnaces to meet the production needs of high-temperature molten glass.
Metallurgy and Steel Industry
Power transmission and signal compensation for equipment such as steelmaking furnaces, continuous casting machines, and high-temperature rolling mills.
Petrochemical industry
Power and control connections for corrosive and high-temperature environments such as refining units, reaction vessels, and high-temperature pipelines.
Electricity and Energy Industry
High temperature cable laying in boiler areas of thermal power plants, cooling systems of nuclear power plants, and new energy equipment.
Mechanical Manufacturing and Automotive Industry
Electrical support for automotive painting production lines, high-temperature testing equipment, and industrial kilns.
Short term extreme high temperatureSpecial models (such as sintering process cables) can withstand a temperature of 1000 ℃ for a short period of time and are suitable for emergency equipment or sudden high temperature conditions
.
Composite environmental protectionArmor models (such as steel strip/steel wire armor) can be used for complex industrial scenarios such as buried, high mechanical stress, or explosion-proof.
Note: Specific selection should be based on temperature level, shielding requirements, and industry standards. For example, fire-resistant models (ZR prefix) are suitable for places with high fire protection requirements

Working temperature range
Long term applicable temperature: -40 ℃~+300 ℃ (conventional model)
Some models can reach 500 ℃ or higher (requiring special sintering processes)
.
Short term temperature resistance limit: Some models can withstand 600 ℃ to 1000 ℃ (for 90 minutes) in special situations
.
Laying temperature
Fixed installation environment not lower than -60 ℃ (fluoroplastic sheath model) or -25 ℃ (conventional model)
.
Conductor material
We often use alloy wire or soft structure multi strand alloy wire (nickel plated copper is optional).
Insulation layer structure
Inorganic mica tape wrapped insulation+glass fiber woven layer, or PTFE/fluoroplastic insulation.
Some models have added fire-resistant mica tape wrapping to improve temperature resistance performance2.
Sheath material
Glass fiber woven sheath (density up to 100%), partially coated with high-temperature resistant adhesive layer or sintered treatment on the outer layer.
Shielding type
Optional tin plated copper wire, galvanized steel wire braided shielding, or composite aluminum/copper tape wrapped shielding.
rated voltage
The standard model is 450/750V
Some high specification models support 600/1000V
.
Bending radius requirement
Unshielded structure: not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable; Shielded structure: not less than 16 times the outer diameter
Match thermocouple type
Support compensation wires with equal scale numbers such as KX, KC, JX, SC, EX, NC, TX, etc
.
Special function models
Flame retardant type (ZR prefix), armored type (-22 steel strip armor/-32 steel wire armor).
KX-HF4BRP2-6 cores, alloy conductor, glass fiber sheath, suitable for environments ranging from -40 ℃ to+300 ℃
ABHBRPLong term temperature resistance at 200 ℃, short-term fire resistance at 1000 ℃, including 100% glass fiber woven layer
.
HF4 seriesMica tape+glass fiber insulation, temperature resistance of 1000 ℃, suitable for high heat applications such as electric heating and petrochemicals
.
Note: Specific parameters need to be confirmed according to the model and specifications provided by the manufacturer. Different application scenarios may have special requirements for temperature, shielding, etc.
