YC-018A spray dryer adopts menu type micro processing controller (7-inch touch screen), which can directly set the inlet temperature, air flow, automatic needle passing frequency and pump speed to realize data acquisition, process monitoring and control. The self-priming peristaltic pump enters the drying chamber from the container through the nozzle, and the compressed nitrogen enters the drying chamber from the outer casing to make the liquid particles. The heated nitrogen enters the drying chamber from the upper layer and meets the liquid particles after spray, and the articles begin to dry. The dried powder particles are separated from the exhaust gas through the rotary air separator and enter the collection bottle. The air flow containing organic steam is cooled down in the heat exchanger, and then the solvent is condensed and recovered in the refrigeration device. The clean nitrogen enters the next cycle.
