2、 Principle:

The coating pan is driven by the motor to make a circular motion, and the pills and tablets are driven by the guide plate and anti slip strip of the coating pan to make a continuous rolling motion. The spray head continuously sprays the coating material to the tablet bed layer. At the same time, under negative pressure, the hot air continuously passes through the tablet bed layer and is discharged from the bottom, so that the coating material on the pill surface can be dried quickly and evenly, forming a firm, flat, even and smooth outer film.

3、 Characteristics:

1. Color touch screen control, process parameters are automatically controlled by PLC;

2. The coating pot can be customized: according to customer needs, different volumes of pot bodies can be customized to meet different tests;

3. Guide plate design: The pot body guide plate is specially designed and arranged in a zigzag pattern, which can achieve Z-shaped flipping motion of the bed layer, extend the path, and improve the uniformity of the coating;

In a clean and closed rotating drum, the film core keeps moving in a complex trajectory under the action of a streamlined deflector agitator. During the movement, the coating medium is automatically and evenly sprayed according to the set process flow and process parameters. Hot air enters at the same time under negative pressure, and is discharged from the bottom of the film core layer through the film core, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the film core can be quickly and evenly dried, forming a solid and smooth surface film;

5. Adjustment of the atomizing sector of the spray head: the spray head increases the air source of the sector, which can adjust the size of the atomizing sector online to meet the coating test of different pots and batches;

6. Ventilation structure: Both the inlet and outlet are designed with air buckets to improve ventilation efficiency and bed heat exchange efficiency, thereby enhancing coating efficiency;

7. Micro tablet coating pot: Micro tablet coating pots can be added according to customer needs to solve the problem of micro tablet coating;

Special mixer design can effectively prevent the core from slipping and affecting the uniformity of the coating;

9. New type spray gun is adopted, with uniform atomization and large spray surface, which can continuously spray materials. The spray pipe has needle passing function, and the needle passing frequency can be adjusted on the touch screen;

10. The atomization pressure can be adjusted and displayed on the touch screen, and the range of spray atomization pressure can be set on the touch screen. If the atomization pressure is less than or exceeds the set range, the peristaltic pump will automatically stop feeding to prevent uneven coating caused by dripping;
