1 Ultrapure Water Polishing System Introduction to Processing Technology
When the concentration of insoluble salts and related components in the reverse osmosis influent of the pretreatment system reaches the concentration listed in the table below, corresponding measures should be taken in the pretreatment to prevent scaling of the reverse osmosis membrane. The pretreatment function is powerful, self-protection is good, and the removal efficiency of various impurities is also high.
2. The reverse osmosis system adopts high-quality imported RO membranes. It has a strong screening effect and extremely stable performance. Under the established pressure of the system, it can only penetrate water but not solutes. Therefore, it can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogens in water. The desalination rate is ≥ 99%. The reverse osmosis system has an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing fouling and blockage of the reverse osmosis membrane, ensuring its continuous and efficient operation.
3. The ultra purification system uses the highest quality nuclear grade polished mixed bed resin. The setting of the ultra purification treatment system ensures that all ions in the water are removed. The highest electrical resistivity of the produced water quality through this system can reach 18.2 megaohms/centimeter, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of different experimental basic applications.
4. UV disinfection uses a special light source dual wavelength UV lamp. Due to its excellent performance, ultrapure water undergoes 6 cycles of treatment inside the UV lamp, completely eliminating residual bacteria and degrading trace organic matter, truly achieving water quality with TOC ≤ 3ppb
