Operating procedures:

1. Dilute salt water preparation: Open the inlet valve of the dilute salt water tank, and then add 30-40 kg of solid salt to the salt tank of the dilute salt water tank. When the liquid level is full, close the inlet valve of the salt tank.

2. Start the power supply of the rectifier cabinet and activate the dilute salt water pump. Adjust the return valve of the salt water pump and the flow meter control valve, adjust the flow meter scale to around 65L/h, and regularly observe the changes in the flow meter float; At the same time, open the secondary acid dispensing valve, and the liquid will enter the disinfection tank.

3. After working manually for 5 minutes, start the 'rectification on' button and gradually adjust the potentiometer to increase the current by 100A (adjust the current size according to actual needs).

4. The equipment runs for 8 hours, and the equipment is manually stopped and all valves are closed. The backwash inlet valve and backwash outlet valve are opened to backwash the main unit of the equipment. After 15 minutes, the valves are closed and the equipment is restarted.

5. The salt water tank is equipped with a low level controller. When the salt water tank reaches the low level, the equipment automatically shuts down and then prepares a dilute salt water solution. The equipment is equipped with a temperature control device. If the electrolyte temperature exceeds the set temperature, the equipment will automatically shut down. The general temperature setting is 45 degrees.

Technical parameters for equipment operation:

1. Power supply total capacity: three-phase AC 5KW. Among them, the rectifier supply is 4.1KW, and the 103 # saltwater pump is 0.75KW.

2. Cooling water consumption:

Summer (water temperature above 25 ℃) 1.0 m3/h

Spring, autumn, and winter (water temperature below 20-25 ℃) 0.5-0.75 m3/h

3. Salt dosage: 14.1 kg (saltwater concentration is calculated at 30 g/L)

4. The operation time of the saltwater mixing generator is 6-8 hours.

5. 1 kilogram of sodium hypochlorite salt consumption: 4.0-4.2 kilograms; Electricity consumption: 4.3-4.5KW
