Each sensor temperature measurement circuit contains a CPU that starts the A/D converter at regular intervals. The A/D converter converts the temperature signal detected by the temperature sensing chip into a digital quantity, and the CPU performs digital filtering, scaling conversion, and other calculations to send the measurement data to the wireless transceiver module in the sensor. The wireless transceiver module converts the electrical signal into a wireless signal and transmits it out. On the host side, there is also a wireless transceiver module to receive all the wireless signals sent by the temperature measurement circuit and convert them into electrical signals. The CPU inside the host can read the electrical signal to know the contact temperature detected by the sensor.

The wireless temperature sensor consists of a temperature sensor, a single-chip microprocessor system, a wireless transceiver module, and a power supply.

(1) Ordinary temperature measurement

Conventional temperature measurement methods such as thermocouples, thermistors, and semiconductor temperature sensors require metal wires to transmit signals, and insulation performance cannot be guaranteed.
