1、 Product Usage:
This machine is suitable for testing the degree of damage and discoloration of dyed leather materials after friction.
This instrument is an integral instrument. Dry or wet wool felt is placed in the groove on the lower surface of the friction hammer, and a weight of a specified weight is placed above the friction hammer. The sample surface is rubbed back and forth at a specified speed for a certain stroke. After reaching the specified number of movements, the damage and decolorization degree of the sample surface are observed. This instrument is suitable for materials such as leather, textiles, belts, trademarks, cardboard, etc. that are damaged or discolored by external friction.
2、 Working principle:
This tester uses dry or wet wool felt placed on the surface of a friction hammer, and after a certain stroke and speed of reciprocating friction, the test piece clamped on the friction table is evaluated for its degree of damage and discoloration.
3、 Test standards：
This instrument is manufactured according to the requirements of QB/T 2537 and ISO 11640 standards.
