Usage description: Mainly used for automotive leather, synthetic leather, LCD screen display, and overall appearance. Memory type with power-off function. It is also suitable for the rub resistance of materials such as rubber and cloth.
Experimental principle:
Overlap the fabric surfaces of two samples in the same direction onto each other, and then install them into the kneading testing machine fixture with a spacing of 30mm. Gradually reduce the distance between the fixtures, so that the fabric surfaces of the two samples come into light contact before applying a load. The distance is reduced to a load of 9.8N. Under the conditions of a frequency of 120 times/min and a stroke of 50mm, repeat 1000 times and observe whether there are cracks, damage, or separation of the fabric and coating on the surface of the artificial leather. If one sample has the above phenomenon, then the rub resistance of that sample is unqualified.
