Usage InstructionsA liquid level transmitter is a field transmitter that is directly installed on a pipeline or container. Due to the direct contact between the isolation membrane and the liquid phase medium, there is no need to use a pressure tube to lead out the positive pressure side. Therefore, it is possible to measure the liquid level, pressure, and density of media with high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy precipitation, and strong corrosion, and then convert them into 4-20mADC signal output. There are two types of liquid level transmitters: LT type flange type liquid level transmitter and ST type sanitary type liquid level transmitter. When combined with an intelligent amplification plate, they can form an intelligent liquid level transmitter. With manual operation that complies with the HART protocol, they can communicate with each other for setting and monitoring.
The LT type liquid level transmitter is installed and connected using standard flanges; The ST type sanitary liquid level transmitter adopts a clamp form for quick connection, and is installed on the surface in contact with the medium. After fine processing and treatment, the smoothness and cleanliness meet the hygiene standards. The internal filling liquid is selected and injected according to the standard of non polluting medium, so it can be widely used in industrial sectors such as food, beverage, and medicine.
