Overview
The lime slurry tuning fork densitometer adopts an insertion installation, which uses a sound frequency signal source to excite the metal tuning fork and make it vibrate freely at the center frequency. This frequency is related to the density of the liquid in contact. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and then temperature compensation can be carried out to eliminate the system's temperature drift; And the concentration is calculated based on the relationship between the corresponding liquid density and concentration.

1、 Product Introduction

Lime slurry tuning fork density meterIt adopts plug-in installation, which excites the metal tuning fork with a sound frequency signal source and makes the tuning fork vibrate freely at the center frequency. This frequency is related to the density of the liquid in contact. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and then temperature compensation can be carried out to eliminate the temperature drift of the system; And the concentration is calculated based on the relationship between the corresponding liquid density and concentration.

The tuning fork densitometer is mainly used for production process control and measurement in low corrosion liquid industries, such as oil refining, food and beverage, paper industry, chemical acid and alkali solutions, wine industry, salt industry, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, evaporation crystallization and other industries.


2、 The working principle is as follows

Lime slurry tuning fork density meterThe concentration meter sensor operates based on the principle of component vibration, with the component part being a tuning fork immersed in the measured liquid. The tuning fork part induces vibration through an internal piezoelectric device fixed at one end of the fork body. The oscillation frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed at the other end of the fork, and the signal is amplified through the top circuit. The density of the liquid is closely related to the vibration frequency during the flow of the measured liquid. When the density of the measured liquid changes, the vibration frequency during the flow of the liquid also changes accordingly. The density of the measured liquid can be accurately calculated using the following equation.

5、 Daily maintenance matters

(1) The tuning fork densitometer must not be welded to the pipeline during installation

(2) Do not drop or place this instrument or equipment

(3) Prohibit the use of instruments above rated pressure

(4) Follow the principle of handling instruments and equipment with care to prevent damage to the densitometer from collision

(5) Prohibit density meters from measuring highly corrosive liquid media

(6) This model of densitometer is suitable for all explosion-proof applications

(7) User Notice: The tested medium is not allowed to freeze, otherwise it will damage the sensing element and cause damage to the density meter, affecting normal operation
