Linde R Series Forward Moving Forklift Upgraded AGV

Forklift modification AGV: The customer used the Linde R14S series electric pallet stacker truck on site. Anhui Yufeng installed a rotatable laser scanner on the existing forklift and laser positioning markers with high reflectivity reflective plates on the walls or pillars along the running path. The AGV forklift relies on the laser scanner to emit laser beams, and then receives the laser beams reflected back by the surrounding positioning markers. The onboard computer calculates the current position and direction of the vehicle's movement, and corrects the orientation by comparing it with the built-in digital map, thus achieving automatic material handling.
